Steve is a warm, loving grandfather, father and contributor to society. He has made a substantial impact in his faith community, touched the lives of countless U.S. military veterans and lived a life of grace and love toward everyone he encounters.

As Steve's health declines, our family would like to honor him by gathering the stories of the people who know and love him. Please submit your memories, stories, experiences and pictures. We will share them with Steve as they come in and compile them into a book for the Riggins family. With your permission, they may also be shared at a gathering in his honor.
